At 19th of December we were celebrating a kind of Christmas Eve. Some trainees are leaving Peru and it was the last possibility to meet together. For the second weekend in Peru I went to Huaraz, a city in a valley between Cordillera Blanca and Cordillera Negra. For me it was a first contact with a mountains here. I wanted to see the highest mountains in Peru and get used to the altitude. Czytaj dalej ‘Between Cordilleras’
During the first week in Lima I looked around to find anyone who would like to go somewhere in the weekend. I was lucky, because two other trainees planned to go to Ica, Paracas and Islas Ballestas and I could join them. It was just 3 hours away from Lima. Czytaj dalej ‘Weekend in the desert’
Here I am. I arrived to Lima 2 hours later, because o the weather condition. We were flying against the 360 kmph wind, so that Lima appeared to be 3000 km further. As a result we had to make a quick pit-stop in Brazil in Fortaleza. Now I can say that I was in Brasil! We stayed in a plane, so the only thing which I could see was a great amount of places with playing football. I arrived to Lima at night. We arrived at Barcelona. Everything went well, but check-in lasted very long and we have heard our names in “last call” communicate many times. If I woke up at 3:30, as I planned, it would not be a problem, but I slept a bit longer.
